やるべきこと

ばたばたした毎日を送っていると、気持ちが散漫になりついつい目先のことに追われてしまいます。

 

スケジュール表もざっと目を通すだけなので、見落とすことも度々あります。後で後悔です。

 

その日のやるべきことを朝から明確にして、準備する。

 

これって当たり前なのですが、最近は、疲れているのか、やるべきことがおろそかです。そうです、笑顔一つ余裕がなくて忘れているかもしれません。　もっと、ゆっくりしようと思います。師走の前でもあるので…。
