心を整える方法「お写経」

いつも、何かをしながらよぎる「このままでいいのか?こんなことをする暇があるくらいならもっとやるべきことがあるだろう。」

 

色んな事象、状況でも心の奥底で、ニョキっと心の声がささやきます。

その度にイライラします。

 

心を整える方法として、ビリヤードの基礎練習と、「お写経」がんばってみます。

話し方の緊張緩和のためにもいいので‥‥。

効果が上がったら、教室でやってみたいと思います。

    With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of unique content I've either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any solutions to help prevent content from being ripped off? I'd definitely appreciate it.
